Every ticket holder must pass the QR code check to enter. Each QR code can be scanned only once.

There is no charging service or power bank rental on-site, please bring along your own power bank if necessary.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.

Changing rooms are available for all guests. To ensure a smooth experience, we advise bringing a change of clothes and a towel.

Please be aware that availability is first-come, first-served, and waiting times may occur.

Yes, you're all set! We have plenty of washrooms conveniently located around the venue to ensure everyone's comfort. To find the nearest one quickly, just check the posted signs on-site.

WATERBOMB 2025 is a cashless event. We only accept e-payments at all concession stands and bars.

For your safety and comfort, we recommend beachwear, rash guards, and secure footwear like strapped sandals. The venue floor will be wet and slippery—please avoid flip-flops and heels to prevent accidents. We also ask that you wear appropriate attire out of respect for other guests.

Your well-being is our priority. As this is a water festival, please be mindful of getting cold from prolonged exposure or sunburned when your skin is wet. We recommend you bring a towel, a change of clothes, take regular breaks, and apply waterproof sunscreen to all exposed skin.

If you feel unwell at any time, please immediately contact the nearest staff member or security guard, who can direct you to our emergency medical booth for assistance.

Attendees of WATERBOMB should be aware that photograph and videography may be carried out within the festival area by our personnel, the official press, and media partners.

These photographs and videos may be used for various marketing and publicity purposes, including in print and electronically, such as through TV and social media platforms.

We shall not be responsible for photographs and videos taken by unauthorised persons.

Phones are allowed but the use of professional cameras (DSLR level and above) is prohibited at the festival. We strictly forbid anyone from taking pictures or videos at changing rooms and washrooms, as well as certain body parts of another individual.

If found, not only will your phones and cameras be confiscated but you could potentially face criminal charges upon being escorted out of the festival.

There will be a bag check at the gate.

Sharp objects, including knives or scissors, as well as dangerous items, including fireworks and explosives, are strictly prohibited.

Also, all food and drinks are prohibited.

If you bring prohibited items inside the venue, it will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave the festival.

There will be no refund. (For your enjoyment, food and beverages will be sold on-site.

There will be water supply facility set up inside the venue. The water supplied at the festival has been sterilized and therefore, harmless to human body.

You can’t bring your own water gun, even if it is WATERBOMB official merchandise. You can only buy it on-site.

2-Days ticket holders could bring their water gun purchased on Day 1.

Pets (except guide dogs) are not allowed at this festival.

Therefore, should there be reports or complaints from the audience of any physical or non-physical advances that cause discomfort, you will be escorted out of the venue immediately without further warning.
